We are currently looking for qualified personnel in the following positions:

Residential Manager


Supervisor: Program Director

Hours: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

The Residential Manager (RM) primary function is to operate the facility in compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) governing Residential Treatment Facilities. The RM must report to the Program Director any and all concerns regarding operations.

Residential Care Staff


Supervisor: Residential Manager

Hours: Varied, depending on shift.

Responsible for supervising all residents who are on site. Residential Care Staff (RC) monitors residents for changes in psychiatric presentation as well as medical presentation and will provide appropriate intervention as needed. Any intervention performed must be within the scope of training for each RC. All changes in resident behavior and/or presentation must be communicated to the Residential Manager (RM). Residential Care Staff will incorporate all aspects of Cameron Care, Inc.'s Safety Program with regards to supervision of residents.

Skills Trainer


Supervisor: Residential Manager

Hours: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

The Skills Trainer (ST) conveys assessment and documentation of residents' ability and functionality. Written documentation will be maintained in each resident chart showing their Active Daily Living (ADL) functioning level. The Skills Trainer (ST) will work with the Residential Manager (RM) to complete ongoing care plans.
